These terms govern your use of AK Help (akhelp.campaign.help), an AI assistant for ActionKit users, operated by CampaignHelp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
AK Help answers questions about ActionKit — configuration, queries, reporting, and day-to-day use. It's powered by large language models, which means it's genuinely useful and also capable of being confidently wrong. More on that below.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials to yourself. One account is for one person — if your whole team wants access, we'd love that, and each person needs their own subscription. Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep your email current so we can reach you about your account.
Subscriptions and billing
AK Help is a paid subscription, billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future charges and your access runs through the period you've already paid for. If a price changes, we'll tell you before it affects you.
AI output — read this one
Answers from AK Help are generated by AI. They are often right and sometimes wrong, and they can be wrong in ways that look right. Before you run a query against production data, change a mailing configuration, or act on anything with real consequences, verify it — against ActionKit's documentation, a staging environment, or your own judgment. AK Help is a research assistant, not a substitute for testing. We're not responsible for what happens when generated output is used without verification.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and don't abuse it. That means: no attempting to break, overload, or probe the service; no scraping or systematically extracting its content; no reselling access or sharing accounts; no using it to generate content that's illegal or harmful. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms — we'll tell you why if we do.
Your data
Your conversations belong to you. We store them so you can come back to them, you can delete them whenever you like, and we don't use them to train AI models. The details live in our privacy policy.
Our service
The AK Help software, design, and content are ours (or licensed to us). Your subscription gives you access to use the service; it doesn't transfer ownership of any of it.
Availability
We work to keep AK Help fast and reliable, but it's provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change features as the product evolves. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending things
You can close your account anytime — email us and we'll delete your account and data promptly. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you reasonable notice.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. If a change meaningfully affects your rights, we'll let you know by email before it takes effect.
